Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN)

WDS Components Limited is a UK based manufacturer and distributor of standard machine parts, fixture components and work-holding equipment.

We design, manufacture, import and export a wide range of standard machine parts, fasteners, and work-holding equipment to be used in all areas of industry and as such our product range is not industry specific and is therefore not required to be included on the Export Administration Regulations Commerce Control List (CCL).

The products and components supplied by WDS are classified as EAR99, which typically do not require an export license. Customers are responsible for reviewing their local export regulations and intended end-use application to ensure full compliance. Products classified as EAR99 may still be subject to restrictions if:

• Exported to a sanctioned country,

• Supplied to a prohibited end-user, or

• Intended for a prohibited end-use, such as nuclear, missile, or chemical/biological weapons proliferation.
